Nine men from our church had the privilege of attending the Shepherds Conference in Los Angeles, CA this last week. I was blessed to be with these men. 

This conference, designed to encourage and equip the leaders of the church, was a great blessing to each of us. Furthermore, the time to fellowship together with one another provided a great opportunity to deepen our relationships and solodify the unity of our leaders.  

As I thought about how to summarize the impact of this conference on my life, I was overwhelmed by how gracious the Lord has been to me. In the end, I thought it would be appropriate simply to share one short video clip from 1 of the many sessions on one of the several days of the conference. While this was perhaps the highight for me, it represents just a drop in the bucket of the massive encouragement that this time together was for our leaders. 

I'm grateful for these men, and i'm grateful for this week we got to share together.
