Our Mission

The mission of Canyon Bible Church of Prescott is to make disciples through evangelism and teach them to obey all Christ’s commands, following the mission God has given to every believer in His Word. A disciple of Christ is a learner and a follower. After His death and resurrection, Jesus gave His disciples a commission. He commanded each of his followers to go out and make more disciples (Matt 28:16-20). We take that command from the Lord seriously. This command tells the Christian church 2,000 years ago and today where we are to focus our efforts. Succinctly stated, we're called to make disciples who make disciples. That's what we're here for. That's our prayer for our church. That's what we strive to accomplish together: our leaders and our members are making disciples who make disciples.
